This website (the "Website") is owned and run by Chea Games ("Chea", "we", "us" or "our"), an independent Roblox game studio. You can reach us through our contact page.
2. Using the Website
- The Website is free to use. It is for your personal, non-commercial use.
- We can change, pause or remove any part of the Website at any time, including for updates and maintenance. We're not responsible if it's unavailable for a while.
- Game stats shown on the Website come from Roblox and may be delayed or inaccurate.
- If other people use the Website through your device or connection, it's up to you to make sure they know about these terms.
3. Our games and Roblox
Our games are played on Roblox. Your use of them is governed by theRoblox Terms of Use and community standards, alongside any rules we post in the game. Roblox processes all in-game purchases. Robux and virtual items have no real-world cash value. Refunds, account issues and moderation on the platform are handled by Roblox.
Chea is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and related marks belong to Roblox Corporation.
4. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the Website and everything on it, including our games, names, logos, artwork, screenshots, text and code. These are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view the Website and share links to it. You may also use screenshots and footage of our games in fan content and videos, as long as you don't suggest that we made or endorse your content. You can't copy, sell or republish our content, or use our names or logos, without our written permission.
5. What you send us
- Everything you send must be accurate and must be yours to share. Don't send anything that breaks the law or anyone else's rights.
- Ideas and feedback: we love hearing them, but we often have similar ideas in development already. If you send us game ideas, suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them freely, without paying you or owing you anything.
- Portfolios and applications: you keep full ownership of your work. We only use it to review your application.
- We can ignore or delete any message, for example spam, abuse or anything inappropriate.
6. Rules
When using the Website, you must not:
- break any law, or use the Website for anything fraudulent or harmful;
- send spam, harassment, threats, hateful or sexual content, or anything inappropriate for a young audience;
- pretend to be someone else, including a member of our team or Roblox staff;
- try to hack, overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Website or the systems behind it;
- upload viruses or other harmful code;
- scrape, data-mine or copy the Website in bulk using bots or automated tools (normal search-engine indexing is fine); or
- frame or mirror the Website, or suggest we're connected to or endorse you when we're not.
Watch out for scams. We will never ask for your Roblox password, and we will never ask you to pay to apply for a job or to receive rewards. Only trust links from this Website and our official Roblox group.
7. Links
The Website links to sites we don't control, such as Roblox, Discord and YouTube. We aren't responsible for their content, and a link doesn't mean we endorse them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. You're welcome to link to our Website, as long as you do it fairly and don't suggest a partnership or endorsement that doesn't exist.
8. Working with us
This section applies if you apply for a role listed on our Careers page.
- Applications should be sent through the application form on each role's page on our Careers page. Applications sent other ways might not be considered.
- Everything in your application must be true, and the work in your portfolio must be your own or clearly credited.
- Some roles have a minimum age or other requirements, which are listed in the job post. We may ask you to complete a short paid or unpaid test, verify your identity, or check your past work and references.
- Most roles are freelance or contract work. Pay, which may be in Robux or real currency, and terms are agreed in writing before work starts. A job listing is not an offer of work.
- We may not be able to reply to every application, and we can close or change a listing at any time.
- We don't accept unsolicited CVs from recruitment agencies, and we don't pay fees for them.
We handle applicant information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
We work to keep the Website accurate and working, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be accurate, complete, up to date, uninterrupted or free of bugs or harmful code. You use it at your own risk.
10. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content. This includes indirect or consequential losses, and lost data, profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It forms part of these terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may block or limit your access to the Website, or to the contact form, if you break these terms or misuse the Website. The parts of these terms that are meant to continue, such as intellectual property and liability, still apply afterwards.
13. General
- We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Website after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
- If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, for example if the studio or a game is sold. Your rights won't be reduced.
- We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- These terms, along with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Website.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your state / country], and any dispute will be handled by its courts. If you live somewhere else, you still keep any mandatory consumer protections that your local laws give you.
